Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

ProposalPilot (“ProPil”, “the Service”) is provided by MB KP Investments, a company registered in Lithuania, trading as ProposalPilot (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Contact: info@kpfunnels.com.

2. Authority and eligibility

You confirm that you are of legal age and, if you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. The Service

ProposalPilot is a subscription web application that guides you through a six-pillar method for drafting funding proposals with AI assistance, including evidence capture, structure building, drafting, ethical review and export. You are the author. AI is a drafting tool operating on the material you supply.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or circumvent technical limits such as credit allowances or rate limits.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use it unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or misrepresentation;
  • infringe anyone’s intellectual property or confidentiality obligations;
  • interfere with security — including malware, probing, scraping, or unauthorised access attempts;
  • generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, deepfakes or deceptive impersonation;
  • attempt to jailbreak, bypass or extract our system prompts and safeguards.

7. AI outputs, accuracy and responsibility

  • You are responsible for the prompts and source material you submit, for having the rights to that material, and for how you use the outputs.
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You must verify every factual claim, statistic and citation before submitting a proposal. Outputs are not legal, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice.
  • As between you and us, you retain the rights you hold in your inputs and, to the extent we hold any rights in generated outputs, we assign them to you. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.
  • If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email info@kpfunnels.com with details and we will review and remove infringing material. Repeat infringers lose access.
  • We may moderate content: remove or restrict material, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts where these Terms are breached.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service, including its software, method materials, documentation and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you.

9. Payment, subscriptions and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, taxes and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Plan credits are allocated per billing period and do not roll over. See our Refund Policy.

10. Service level

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, third-party provider outages and other interruptions may occur.

11. Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that use of the Service will result in funding being awarded.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, funding, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such limitation is unlawful.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. On termination you may export your drafts during a 30-day window, after which content may be deleted.

15. General

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, and the courts of Lithuania have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
